Dolmades

Ingredients
* Grape Leaves, 25 leaf * White Rice, long grain, 1 cup * Ground beef, lean, 16 oz * Lamb, Ground, 16 oz * Parsley, 1 tbsp * Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) * Garlic, 2 clove * Chicken Broth, 6 cup (8 fl oz)
Directions
Mix the raw rice with cooked ground beef and the rest of the vegetables. Roll in the grape leaves. Place in a single layer in a baking dish and pour chicken broth over to cover. Bake at 350 until the dolmades are soft and ready to eat.

    This looks really yum my. I'm looking for a dolmades recipe that doesn't have meat - as the ones I have at my favorite restaurant are made with rice/mint. Do you know if your recipe would transition well without the meat? Or by adding more rice for addition into SP? - 9/17/08
