Baked Thyme and Garlic Potatoe Fries

Ingredients
6 Potatoes (red,yellow,white, russet, ect) you choose6 cloves of garlic (minced)8 tsp fresh thyme, picked from stems5 tbls olive oilsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
preheat oven to 450

place whole potatoes into microwave safe dish. And cover (dont poke)

Microwave on HIGH for aprox 4 min

Cut each potatoe lengthwise to desired size

In a large mixing b0owl toss the potatoes with the garlic, olive oil and thyme.

Sprinkle with desired amount of salt and pepper

Place slices in a single layer on backing sheet

Bake for 10-15 min until there crisp and dark golden brown on both sides

Serve and enjoy
