Crowd Pleasing Casserole - Turkey Pasta

1 lb ground turkey 1 med onion chopped15 oz can of tomato sauce1/2 tsp salt1 tsp sugar0.75 tsp pepper4 cups rigatoni1 cup nonfat cottage cheese8 oz low fat cream cheese1/3 cup green onion1/2 cup green pepper1/4 cup parmesan cheese
Cook pasta as directed on box and drain.
Over medium heat, brown turkey and onion. Stir in tomato sauce, sugar, salt, pepper. Remove from heat.
In a large bowl, mix cottage cheese, cream cheese, green onion and green pepper. Stir in pasta, being sure it all gets coated.
In a 9x13 pan, spread 1/2 pasta mixture, top with half the meat mixture. Layer remaining pasta and meat. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
