4 oz. chicken breast, flattenedJulienne strips of red and yellow peppers (up to 10 strips)3 tbsp. choppen onionWhite cooking wine (or regular wine, if you have it) - up to 3 tbsp.Seasoned salt
Preheat oven to 400. Flatten chicken with a mallet. Cut a piece of foil larger than the chicken and spray with Pam or substitute. Put chicken, peppers and onions on foil, sprinkle with white wine and seasoned salt. Cover with another piece of foil and seal. Cook 15-20 minutes depending on thickness of chicken.
