Chicken Fried Steak

Ingredients
Beef, round steak, 32 oz Olive Oil, 1 tbsp McCormick All Season Salt, 1 tbsp Egg, fresh, 1 large Flour, white, 1 cup Corn Flakes, 1 cup
Directions
Use a meat tenderizer or heavy wooden spoon to tenderize the steak, then place steak, olive oil, egg and season salt in a container with lid, shake well. Set aside.
In a large pan w/lid or deep fryer warm up oil of your choice on medium-high, make sure it has enough oil to cover steak once placed in.
Mix corn flakes, flour and any seasonings of your choice together in a blender on low for a minute, pour mixture into a another container.
Dredge steak through flour/corn flake blend, make sure it's fully covered and immediately drop in pan, covering with lid. Let cook for 3-5 minutes on high, remove, and repeat process with all steaks.
Serve warm.
