Honey spelt bread with oat flax topping

Ingredients
4 cups of lukewarm water6 cups spelt flour1/2 cup of honey1 TBSP salt1/2 cup oats2 TBSP flax
Directions
in a large bowl mix together water , salt and yeast stir .
add honey , stir .
slowly add in flour until mixed well .
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
let sit in covered bowl in warm place for 40-60 minutes to rise .
divide dough between two prepared loaf pans , sprinkle oats and flax on top of each loaf . bake for 30-40 minutes , slice and enjoy !!

    I would guess that, since one loaf normally takes 1/2 Tbsp. or 1/4 oz. (1 packet) of yeast, that this recipe would call for 1 Tbsp. Or 2 packets of yeast.....does that help? - 12/29/12
