300g ground beef190g onions raw190g carrots50g leek100g peas frozen100g pumpkin fresh3 bovril beef stock cubes6 tablespoon gravy granules60floz boiling water
cook mince in pan no oil keep stiring, add boiling water and veg cook till veg is starting to soften crumble bovril over and give a good stir add gravy granules stir till granules has disolved, leave to simmer for 5 minutes. enjoy
