No flour oatmeal bars

Ingredients
2 cups raw oats1/2 cup sugar plus two splenda packs1 tsp baking powder3/4 tsp cinnimon1/2 tsp salt1 Tblsp flax seed1 egg 2 Tblsp oil1/2 cup apple juiceMix together, add 1/2 cup chocolate chips.
Directions
Place in brownie pan, bake at 350 degrees F. for 20 minutes or until done. Let cool slightly, cut into 16 pieces . Let bars finish cooling
