Protein Pancakes

Ingredients
Garden of life raw protein (or other protein powder) half servingLiquid egg whites 1/2 cupGluten free pancake mix 1/4 cupsugar free maple syrup
Directions
Mix all ingredients together and cook in skillet on medium. If you like thicker pancakes add more of the buckwheat mix.

I like to use a sugar free maple syrup to top it off and sometimes a little chunky peanut butter.
