Cinnamon Oatmeal Pancakes

Ingredients
1 large egg.5 cup ground oats.5 cup flour.75 cup nonfat milk1 tbsp brown sugar3 tsp baking powder2 tsp ground cinnamon
Directions
Preheat griddle on medium heat.

Beat egg in large measuring cup (4 to 8 cup size). Add in all other ingredients and beat until combined.

Pour batter on griddle in 4"-circles. Turn when edges are dry and bubble appear on top of pancake.

Extra pancakes can be refrigerated using Press N Seal and reheated on 15 to 20 seconds in the microwave.

Makes 12 4" pancakes.
