Added 1/2 c choc chips sprinkled equally over each cup cake. Everybody loved 'em! no H2o but did use a little applesauce. fantastic - 11/4/12

I used this recipe but added 1 egg white and mini semi-sweet choc. chips. These are very tasty and chocolatey and very moist. - 9/21/10

I added two egg whites for additional moisture but they were still pretty dry. I also added a tiny amount of chopped walnuts on each and will serve with either lite cool whip or pb if my calories allow. Either way for 2 grams of fat they are totally worth it. They are yummy! - 9/20/10

That was easy! They taste pretty good with a cup of tea for dessert. I skipped the chocolate chips, and they worked out to 12 cents a serving. (I like to be healthy and thrifty.) - 4/24/09

These were very good! I put 5 regular chocolate chips on top of each one and didn't even miss the icing! - 3/15/09

I made these for my daughters pre-k class during fall pumpkin week! They were a hit. To make them more kid friendly we put a very thin layer of dark chocolate icing and dyed some coconut flakes green to resemble grass. Leaf shaped sprinkles and a pumpkin candy made these adorable yummy and healthy. - 12/27/08
