Ingredients:Beef liver, 12 ozVidalia Onions, raw, 1 largeOlive Oil, 1 tbsp*College Inn Chicken Broth - 99% Fat Free, .5 cup
Directions
Saute onions in olive oil on medium high heat until soft. Add liver and brown on both sides. Add chicken broth and reduce to simmer until done.
