Hemp Whey Milkshake (low carb)

Ingredients
1 scoop whey protein (vanilla or chocolate)1 cup Tempt hemp milk (no sugar added)1/2 cup unsweetened kefirSweetenerFlavorings (optional - coffee crystals, almond extract, coconut extract, peppermint extract, etc)1 scoop (4T) Benefiber
Directions
Add all ingredients into blender
Add ice (about 8-10 cubes)
Whir till smooth
Drink slowly to avoid ice-cream headache!

OR
Just add ingredients to shaker bottle, no ice, shake and enjoy! Yum!
