"Chicken" Noodle Soup

2 tbsp vital gluten flour2 tbsp water1 onion chopped1 tbsp olive oil1 stalk celery chopped2 carrots sliced2 garlic minced3 cups vegetable stock1/2 tsp ground majoram1/2 tsp fresh thyme1/4 tsp sea salt1/4 tsp black pepper1/4 cup basmati ricesmall handful of whole wheat spaghetti broken up
Stir together gluten and water with a fork until thick, then hand knead about 10 times. Roll into a tube and cut into into tiny pieces (it really increases in size when cooking)
Saute onions, celery, carrot, and garlic in oil, add all other ingredients and cook 15 minutes or until rice is cooked.
