Directions
Slice beef and sautee in pressed galic in pam coated pot. Add all chopped veggies, beef broth, and soy sauce. Let cook for 30-40 minutes and thicken with corn starch. I add some black bean sauce for more flavor. Recipe makes 6 1 cup servings
