Crock pot Meatloaf

Ingredients
2 lb lean gound beef1 cup katsup divided1/4 water3/4 cup bread crumbs2 large eggs1 cup low fat shredded cheddar1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce1/4 tsp pepper1 tbsp light brown sugar1 tsp prepared mustard
Directions
Combine first 8 ingredients BUT only 1/2 cup katsup.

Cook in greased slowcooker after shaping into a loaf.

Cover and cook 1 hour on high, reduce heat to low and cook for another 3 hours.

Drain fat and poor off meat. Combine rest of katsup, brown sugar and mustard. spread over top of meatloaf and cook for another hour. Let rest 10 min before serving
