Quick Chicken Fajita Salad

Ingredients
1 6 oz package Tyson Fajita Chicken Strips1 Yellow Pepper, cut into thin strips1 Head of Romaine Lettuce, or use a salad blend2 Roma Tomatoes, chopped1 cup reduced fat cheddar cheese1/2 c Lite ranch dressing1/2 c salsa1 Mission whole wheat tortilla
Directions
Cut tortilla into thin strips and broil in a single layer until golden and crispy. While this is in the oven, shred the lettuce, chop tomato and slice pepper - set aside. Blend the ranch dressing and salsa together. Heat chicken per package directions - cut pieces into cubes if desired. Either mix the salad ingredients, including chicken together in a bowl and in the dressing, or place on individual plates and garnish. Sprinkle tortilla crisps on top, and enjoy!
