strawberry bread pudding

1 sweet baguette, cubed4 large eggs2 C 2% milk1 lb fresh strawberries, washed, hulled and sliced2/3 C brown sugar1 tsp cinnamon1/2 tsp nutmeg1/2 tsp gingerfor streusel topping1C rolled oats2 tbsp brown sugarcinnamonnutmeg2 tbsp chopped pecans
preheat oven to 375.
put bread cubes in 13x11 baking dish.
Combine eggs and milk, pour over bread.
Combine strawberries, spices, and 2/3 c brown sugar (can let this mixture sit overnight if desired) fold into bread/egg mixture.
combine streusel ingredients, sprinkle over top of bread mixture.
Bake for 30-40 minutes until pudding is set.
