Cheese and Mustard Pork Chops and Potatoes

1kg/ 2lb 4oz Potatoes, peeled and sliced (not too thick)1 onion, thinly slicedSplash of white wine, water or stock 2 tbsp olive oil4 pork chops or pork steaks, about 175g/6oz each100g/4oz cheddar cheese, grated1 tbsp wholegrain mustard2 tbsp milk
1) Preheat the oven to 230'C. Layer the potatoes and onions in a casserole dish, pouring the white wine and oil over it. Add salt and pepper to season if you want. Then, bake for 20-30 minutes, until your potatoes are close to being cooked.
2) Lay the pork chops on top of the potatoes and cook for a further 10 minutes or until the pork chops seem almost cooked.
3) Mix the cheese, mustard and milk, and then spread the mixture over the pork chops. Switch the oven over to grill and cook for a further 5 minutes or until the potatoes are golden and the cheese is bubbling and browning.
