Sun-Dried Tomato Hummus

Ingredients
1 cup chickpeas;1/4 c. lemon juice;1/4 c. tahini paste;1/4 c. olive oil;8 pieces Sun-Dried Tomatoes, diced;4 cloves garlic, minced;1 T cumin;1 T coriander;1 T basil;1/4 c. bottled water.
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until desired consistency. Add additional portions of liquid ingredients as needed.
