Ingredients
SALAD:1 cup iceburg lettuce, torn up1 cup fresh baby spinach, torn up6 grape tomatoes, cut in 1/21 whole scallion, sliced4 slices of cucumber, cut into 1/4sCHICKEN SAUCE:2 slices Roasted Skinless, Boneless Chicken Breast, diced1/4 Tbls Onion Powder1/4 tsp Garlic Powder1/2 tsp Ground Cumin1/4 tsp Ground Cayenne Pepper1/4 Tbls Green Salsa Verde (any brand)1/4 Tbls Taco Sauce (any brand)1 Tbls Kraft Free Catalina Dressing2 oz Water
Directions

Serving Size: Makes 1 large salad

Prepare Salad with lettuce, spinach, tomatoes, scallion and cucumber. Set aside.

Simmer diced chicken, spices, salsa, taco sauce and water for 5 minutes. Add dressing and let cool for 5 minutes. Put 1 ice cube in meat sauce to cool faster.

Pour meat sauce over salad and enjoy.
