Fiber Muffins

Ingredients
1 cup whole wheat flour1/8 cup sugar1/3 cup flax seed1/2 tbsp baking powder2 cups of Fibre One cereal1 1/4 cup 1% milk2 large eggs1/4 cup canola oil1/2 cup raisins
Directions
1. Stir together flour, ground flax seed, sugar & baking powder. Set aside.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine Fibre One cereal and milk. Let stand about 2 min or until cereal softens. Add eggs & oil & mix well. Add flour mixture & raisins, stirring until combined. Pour into 12 muffin tins coated with cooking spray.
3. Bake @ 400 F about 20 min or until golden brown.
