Easy Stuffed Pork Chops

3/4 cup craisens1/2 cup onions2 cups seasoned stuffing1 tablespoon butter, melted2 tablespoons sliced almonds1 tablespoon chopped garlic1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes1 egg, beaten2 boneless pork chops (1.25" thick) butterflied2 tablespoons olive oilsalt and pepper8 oz. can apple juice
In a large bowl, mix craisens, onion, stuffing, butter, almonds, garlic, red pepper flakes and egg. Transfer the mixture to a 9x13 baking dish.
Place the pork chops and top and sprinkle with olive oil, salt & pepper. Pour apple juice over all.
Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes 15 325°F. Uncover and bake 15 more minutes.
Serving Size: Makes 4 servings.
