Instant Chocolate "Mousse"

1 - 8 oz. tub of Cool Whip Free1 - 1 oz. Package Jell-o Instant Fat Free/Sugar Free Chocolate Pudding (Or any flavor you like)
If Cool Whip has been frozen, let thaw until soft. Mix dry instant pudding mix and softened Cool Whip with hand mixer until smooth. Can be served immediately or chilled if you prefer a firmer texture. Makes 6 half cup servings.
Also excellent as a cake frosting!

Recipe did not state what size box of Pudding to get, I got the 2.10 oz (large box) because it has 6-1/2 cup servings. I found it to be too rich, so I added skim milk to it. By doing this, I changed the calories and point values. Anyone know what size box to get? I would love to try again.Thanks!! - 11/11/10
