Mexican Lasagne

Ingredients
1lb extra lean ground beefOnion powderCuminChili1 can diced tomatoes1/3c salsa1 can black beans1 jar roasted bell peppers (or 2 large bell peppers, chopped) 5oz lowfat cheddar cheese6 regular size (6in diameter) corn tortillas
Directions
Brown ground beef with onion powder, cumin, and chili. Add can of tomatoes. Cook off some liquid. Layer all ingredients in casserole. Cook at 350 for 45min (35 covered, 10 uncovered).

Serves 4 BIG servings (~550cal) or 6 small servings (~375cal).
