Ingredients
5 Large Eggs1/4 cup Milk (1%)3 cups Flour, white4 Tbsp Butter, salted
Directions
Beat eggs, and milk. Add Flour. Scoop mixture with a table spoon into a pot of boiling water. Cook until all spaetzels float. Drain. Melt butter in pot. Cook butter until it is burnt (turns brown). Pour butter over spaetzels. Salt and pepper to taste.

Serving Size: makes 5 standard bowlfuls
