4 Lg Red Tomatoes1 Lg Cucumber1 Medium Red Onion5 Green Onions1 Lg Green Bell Pepper2 Cloves Fresh Garlic1 TBSP Chopped Fresh Cilantro1 TBSP Lime JuiceTabasco sauce to your taste
Wash all Vegatables and let dry
Core and de-seed Tomatoes, chop
Peel and de-seed Cucumber, chop
Chop Red Onion into small pieces
Chop Green Onions Bulb and stems into small pieces
De-seed Green Pepper, chop
Mince Garlic cloves
Chop Fresh Cilantro very fine
Mix all in bowl and add Lime juice and Tabasco Sauce ( to your taste)
I place all in a blender after cut and chopped, just a couple of pulses to make the consistency of your choice.
Enjoy with Tortilla chips or as a added touch to cooked chicken breasts.
Serving Size: Makes about 8 1/2 cup servings
