Chicken-Walnut Salad

Ingredients
4.8 oz. cooked chicken breast, no skin, seasoned to taste1/3 cup chopped onions1/2 cup chopped celeryabout 10 walnut halves (.75 ounces)2 tbsp Kraft miracle whip light dressing.
Directions
Mix ingredients together. Add black pepper to taste. Let sit in refrigerator for about 30 minutes to let flavors blend. Serve over lettuce or as a sandwich filling.

    Used canned chicken breast, so made it super simple and very quick without to much change to the nutritional totals. Served over bed of spinach leaves and made a filling lunch. - 12/21/17
