2 Medium extra ripe Avacados2 Roma tomatos1.5 TBS Fresh Cilantro0.25 Cup Raw Onions - I used 0.20 Cup Yellow onion and the rest in chopped green onionPoblano pepper (2TBS diced)1oz Lemon Juice (to keep avacodo from going brown)1 pkt Guacamole Mix
Directions
Chop and dice all vegetable ingredients to a texture of your liking and place in a large bowl.

Add mix, then 1oz lemon juice and stir.
