Rumbamel's Crustless Feta and Asparagus Quiche

Ingredients
-6 large whole eggs-2 T fat free skim milk-1/4 t ground white pepper-1 container, 4 oz, Kryssos Co. Feta cheese, I used Tomato and Basil flavor-2 T Hormel's 50% less fat bacon bits-10 oz fresh asparagus, then cooked/steamed in a skilled until fork tender
Directions
--Clean asparagus and then cut or break into bite sized pieces. Put into a large skillet over medium/low heat with a small amount of water (about 1/4 - 1/2 C). Cover and simmer about 5 minutes or until fork tender. Remove, drain and cool IMMEDIATELY. MAKE SURE TO DRAIN WELL.

--Meanwhile, mix the other ingredients in a small/medium bowl with a whisk well. Lightly spray a 9 in. round pie dish or quiche pan with cooking spray and lay your dry and cooled asparagus in the bottom. Evenly pour your egg mix over the top of the asparagus. Cook at 350 degrees for about 30-35 minutes or until a fork in the center comes out clean.
