Enchilada Crockpot Mix

Ingredients
Pack of 6 chicken breasts, boneless/skinless1 cup Pace Chunky Salsa.25 cup La Victoria Enchilada Sauce, red/mild Optional: cheese (just add the calories!)Note: this recipe does not include tortillas in the calorie count either.
Directions
1- Lay whole chicken breasts at bottom of crockpot.
2- Pour salsa over top, then pour enchilada sauce over that.
3- Cook on LOW for 6-8 hours.
4- After cooking, turn off heat and stir until chicken is shredded well.
*Optional: Add cheese to mix
5- Put about .25 c into each tortilla. Can fill 17 large tortillas. Wrap each tortilla burrito style.
