1 1/2 lbs pork chops, boneless1 tbsp oil1 tsp cumin1 tsp chili powder1 1/2 cups salsa1 tsp cocoa powder1/8 tsp cinnamon
In small bowl, combine cumin and chili powder. Rub over both sides of chops. Brown in oil over medium heat. In small bowl, combine salsa, cocoa powder, and cinnamon. Pour over pork chops. Bring sauce to boil. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, for 8-10 minutes, turning once.
