Black Bean Brownie

Ingredients
1 can black beans, 3 eggs, 3 T vegetable oil OR 1/2 C applesauce, 1/4 C cocoa powder, pinch of salt, 1 t vanilla, 3/4 C sugar, 3 T brewed coffee, 1/2 C chocolate chips
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Blend all ingredients (minus the chocolate chips) in a blender until smooth. Pout into a greased 8x8 pan. Bake at 350 for at least 30 minutes.
