Chicken Pasta with Garlic and herb cream and vegetables

1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast2 bags of frozen stir fry vegetables1 10 oz tub of Philadelphia cooking cream-Garlic and herb flavored8 oz of pasta
Cook chicken in bite sized pieces. Meanwhile, boil the pasta until desired consistency and microwave veggies. Once everything is cooked thoroughly, add all together into a large pot and mix with the cream. Stir well. cook for 3 more minutes. Serve hot.
