Ingredients
Butter, unsalted, .75 cup (remove)Granulated Sugar, .75 cup (remove)*Arrowhead Mills Organic Brown Rice Flour, 1 cup (remove)Egg, fresh, 3 large (remove)Baking Powder, 1 tsp (remove)Milk, nonfat, .10 cup (remove)Jams, preserves, jelly, 3 tbsp (remove)
Directions
Preheat the oven to 400 F. Greases and flour two x 7 inch round nonstick cake pan. Place all ingredients except the jelly and mix in a bowl.
Divide the mixture between the prepared pans and place in oven for 20'. Remove the cakes let them cool in a wire rack. then sandwich together with the jelly.
