Banana-Mango bread

Ingredients
1 cup whole wheat pastry flour1/2 cup rice bran flour1 cup reg. flour1 tsp salt1 tsp baking soda1 tsp cinnamon2 over ripe bananas1 mango peeled and cubed3 lg eggs1 cup canola oil1/2 cup splenda sugar blend for baking1/2 cup agave syrup/nectar1 tsp vanilla or almond extract
Directions
Combine flours, salt, baking soda and cinnamon and set aside. In large bowl mash fruit add eggs, oil, splenda, agave nectar (1/2 cup) . Stir in flour mixture until blended, do not over beat. Divide batter into 2 greased loaf pans or greased and floured bundt pan. Bake at 350 for approx. 50 min. test with toothpick if batter sticks to toothpick then bake additional 5 min increments watching closely. Test frequently. Even better the next day or two later!
