Thai Shrimp Cabbage and Mango Salad

Ingredients
Cabbage, fresh, 1 cup, chopped palm sugar, 2.5 gram(s)Lime Juice, 15 mLGreen Mango (not ripe), 40 gram(s)Fish Sauce, 5 mLCarrot - raw, chopped, 1/4 cupSesame Oil, drizzle*Seeds, sesame seeds, whole, roasted and toasted, sprinkleShrimp, cooked, 4 medium Optional sprinkle of crushed roasted peanuts (2.5 grams)
Directions
Shred cabbage, carrots and peeled green mango
In a small bowl, disolve 2.5 powdered grams of palm sugar in 1-2 tbsp of water
Add freshly squeezed lime juice and fish sauce
Mix in greens
Sprinkle sesame seed and drizzle sesame oil

For extra taste add a sprinkle of crushed roasted peanuts
