Ingredients
1 - 6oz tomato paste1 onion- chopped 2 peppers- chopped1/2 tsp black pepper2 tsp salt2 tsp chili pepper1 tsp mustard - dry1/2 cup packed brown sugar1/4 cup vinegar3 lbs pork lean with no visible fat
Directions
Mix in a separate bowl the sauce ingredients. Layer half of he the chopped veggies on the bottom of the crock pot. Add half of the sauce mixture. Put meat in the crock pot, continue to layer veggies and sauce. Cook on high heat crock for 8 hours. Shred the meat, serve on buns.
