Becca's Whole Wheat Waffles

Ingredients
1 cup Whole Wheat Pastry Flour1 tsp Baking Powder1/2 tsp Salt1 Tablespoon Honey1 Tablespoon Unsweetened Apple Sauce1 Egg1 Cup 1% Milk
Directions
In a large bowl, stir together flour, baking powder and salt. Add honey, milk, egg, and applesauce. Mix Well.

Spray waffle iron with non stick cooking spray. Using a ladle, pour mix (not too much!) onto hot waffle iron. Cook until golden brown.

Enjoy!
