Fried rice

Ingredients
brown rice cooked 3 cups2 eggs whites2 medium carrots dicessmall onion1/4 cup canola oilsoy sauce 2 tbsp
Directions
cook rice per directions on package
dice onion and carrots cook in skittle with canola oil until tender. Add egg whites stir then add rice and soy sauce. Simmer for less than 5 minutes and serve.
