Pumpkin Casserole

Ingredients
2 c. pumpkin puree1 c. evaporated milk 1/2 c. white sugar1/2 c. brown sugar1/2 c. self rising flour2 eggs1 tsp vanilla extract1/2 c. butter2 pinches ground cinnamon
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 F
2. Combine the pumpkin, evaporated milk, sugar, flour, eggs, vanilla, melted butter and ground cinnamon to taste. Spoon into casserole dish.
3. Bake at 350 F for 1 hour

    This recipe is very good, but I made a few modifications. I substituted all the sugar for just 1/2 cup of maple syrup and did not add the butter. I added 1 tsp cinnamon and 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice, because I love those spices! I also added a brown sugar and oat meal crumble to the top. delicious! - 10/6/13
