Kielbasa with Pasta, Chickpeas, and Spinach

8 oz Whole Wheat Penne 1/2 tsp Salt 6 oz Turkey Kielbasa, cut 1/4 inch slices 4 cups baby Spinach 1 cup Chickpeas (garbanzo beans), rinsed and drained 3 Scallions, thinly sliced 1 clove Garlic, minced pinch Red Pepper flakes 1 tsp Extra Light Olive Oil 2 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated
Place pasta and salt in a pot; add cold water to cover. Bring to boil over high heat; cook, uncovered, stirring occasionally, until pasta is al dente, about 8 minutes. Drain.
Meanwhile, spray large nonstick skillet with nonstick spray and set over medium-high heat. Add kielbasa and cook, stirring occasionally, until lightly browned, about 2 minutes. Add spinach, chickpeas, scallions, garlic, and pepper flakes and cook, stirring often, until spinach is wilted, about 2 minutes. Add pasta and oil and toss to combine. Divide pasta mixture evenly among 4 serving plates; sprinkle evenly with cheese.
