Meatless Loaf

Ingredients
1/2 of a 14 oz package of Gimme Lean ground beef or ground sausage12oz vegetarian burger crumbles1 onion chopped (optional)2 eggs, beated2 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce1 teaspoon salt1/3 teaspoon pepper1 teaspoon ground sage1/2 teaspoon garlic powder2 teaspoons prepared mustard1 tablespoon vegetable oil3 and 1/2 slices of bread, cubed1/3 cup milk8 ounces tomato sauce4 potatoes, cubedcooking spray
Directions
Preaheat oven to 350 degrees.
In large bowl, combine all ingrediants except potatoes and tomato sauce. Form into a loaf inside a 9x13 baking dish, top loaf with tomato sauce, and place the cubed potatoes around the loaf. Bake 30-45 minutes, then turn potatoes, Bake for another 30-45 minutes. Let stand 15 minutes before slicing.
