Ingredients
1/4 cup crushed pecans2 tbsp seasoned bread crumbs4 oz tilapia filet
Directions
Crush the pecans and add 2 tbsp of seasoned bread crumbs. Moisten the filet with water and coat the filet in the pecan/crumb mixture. Place in a baking pan sprayed with cooking spray. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes or until fish is flaky and white.
