Hummus

Ingredients
1 Can garbanzo beans1 T Tahini4 T Olive OilWater1 Chipotle pepper plus 1 t adobe sauceSalt and pepper to tasteCilantro if desired
Directions
Blend all ingredients together until smooth, add as much water as necessary to keep the contents blending. I like really smooth hummus so I blend it for a few minutes.

Serving Size: Makes one container of hummus to have on hand for the week
