The Contessa's Roasted Broccoli

Ingredients
Broccoli 4 bunches cut into florets (must be DRY) Olive oil 4 tbsp Lemon Zest Lemon Juice Garlic cloves (4) sliced 1/3 c. parmesean cheese (grated) 1 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 425 F
Cut dry broccoli into florets
drizzle 3 tbsp olive oil over broccoli
Sprinkle salt and pepper over broccoli
Roast in oven for 20-25 minutes (some edges will start to brown)
Remove from oven and sprinkle with lemon zest, lemon, juice, cheese, and the last tbsp of olive oil.

*You might not need all of this olive oil.
