Jessy's low calorie applesauce

525 gms chopped, peeled & cored apples - any kind (approx. 5 medium sized)4 splenda no calorie sweetener sachets 0r 6 tbsp sweet n low1.5 tsp of ground cinnamon0.5 tsp of lemon juice0.5 tsp of sugar free vanilla extract1/2 cup of water1 tsp of corn starch
1- put everything together in a tefal pot (non-stick).
2- stir on high heat for 5 minutes then lower the heat, cover & let simmer till it completely softens.
3- if it's too watery in the end, add the corn starch, uncover & turn up the heat stirring till the consistency looks right.
4- let cool & enjoy! :)
this makes about 19 tbsp. a serving = 1 tbsp
