Ingredients
# Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain (1/2 cup dry), 2 serving # Wheat bran, crude, .5 cup (remove)# *Musselman's Home Style Natural Unsweetened Apple Sauce, 0.75 cup (remove)# Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), .1 cup (remove)# Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Original, 8 oz (remove)# Cottage Cheese, Nonfat, .72 cup (not packed) (remove)# *Almond Extract, 1 tsp# *Whey protein powder, vanilla, whole foods brand, 1 serving
Directions
Mix egg and cottage cheese in blender until smooth, add applesauce, protein mix, bran and oatmeal, mix well, add rest of ingredients until smooth. Pour from the blender onto skillet. Makes 2 pancakes.
