Matzah Balls

Ingredients
1/2 c. matzah meal1 t. salt2 eggs1 tsp oil2 T. club soda
Directions
Mix wet ingredients. Mix dry ingredients. Stir dry ingredients into wet. Refrigerate at least 1 hour.

Boil water. Form matzah meal into 8 matzah balls. Drop into boiling water. Cover pot and simmer for 30-40 minutes.
