Ingredients
Zucchini, 140 grams Summer Squash, 1 medium 1/2 medium red bell pepper, sliced into strips1/2 medium yellow bell pepper, sliced into strips balsamic vinegar, 1 tablespoon Extra Light Olive Oil, 1 tbsp Salt, .5 tsp Pepper, black, .25 tsp Paprika, .25 tsp
Directions
Slice squash. Heat olive oil in skillet. Add all ingredients. Cook for 10 - 15 mins, stirring to keep from sticking.
